Shane is a Founder and Principal of Mawson Consulting. Shane worked for Rio Tinto’s Iron Ore, Bauxite, Alumina and Aluminium business, and Virgin Australia and has consulted to a range of resource and industrial companies in Australia and overseas since 2002. He has extensive experience in the areas of organisational change, integrating business and organisational improvements, employee relations and workplace culture.

Sam is a Founder and Principal of Mawson Consulting. She worked for Rio Tinto in the Iron Ore, Aluminium, Diamond, Alumina and Bauxite businesses . She has consulted in the private and public sectors across a range of industries including manufacturing, resources, finance and airlines since 2004. Sam consults in all aspects of organisation development and has particular expertise in the areas of organisation structure / design, capability and talent management and the design and implementation of organisation systems.

Joe is a Principal of Mawson Consulting. He has been involved with people factors and issues in the mining and minerals processing Industries for 40 years in Australia and overseas. Joe held senior employee relations positions at Hamersley Iron, Century Zinc, and Kaiser Aluminum in the USA, and has consulted widely for 20 years.

Nicola is a Principal of Mawson Consulting. She has a background in resource management law, before taking up a management position at New Zealand Aluminium Smelters Limited. Nicola has consulted since 1998 to a number of sectors including resources, smelting and finance in organisation culture and systems design, and has been instrumental in developing successful programmes in safety leadership at a strategic and operational level.

Barry is a Metallurgist who worked for Rio Tinto’s Aluminium Smelting and Iron Ore businesses for 20 years in Research, Production, Technical Management, and Organisational roles. Since 2002 he has consulted internationally on technical and business improvement, and how organisational principles can be applied to accelerate progress in these areas.

He has more than 15 years hands on experience with multinational businesses across broad portfolios, locations and commodities. Jeremy has held General Manager roles across Human Capital Planning, Organisational Development, Industrial Relations, Portfolio/Program Management, Project Delivery & Assurance, Operational Readiness and Performance Improvement.
